Start to Finish
This package allows us to take care of all the details from start to finish. We
will be there to listen to your wishes regarding decor, venue locations and
vendors. We will match you with the right choices, doing all the leg-work for
you regarding the search. We will provide any necessary advisement regarding
save-the-date announcements all the way through to guest reservations and
everything in between. We provide as many as 12 hours of consultation, budget
development and management, location and vendor search and contact, table
layouts, seating assignments, etiquette advice, time lines, rehearsal and
reception assistance and much more. As a result, giving you the gift of a
totally carefree celebration on your special day.
A Helping Hand
Our Helping Hand Package is for the bride and groom who have already obtained
their venue or have done some of the wedding planning but simply have decided
it's time to hand over the process to a professional. It may be due to time
restraints, fatigue or simply a desire to have time to enjoy their engagement
without the demands of the details. With this package we take over where you
left off and provide you with the total finished dream wedding. We will offer as
many as six hours of consultation, budget development and management, referral
list of vendors, vendor contact, etiquette advice, table layouts, seating
assignments, timelines, rehearsal and reception assistance and much more. This
allows you and your fiance to "be a guest at your own wedding".
The Big Day
This package is for the bride and groom that have most everything planned.
A wedding coordinator will help keep you organized during the wedding rehearsal
and the day of the wedding and reception. We will step in about one month prior
to the big event and offer consultation time with you and oversee all the final
wedding details. As a liaison between you and your vendors, we will
buffer any concerns that may occur so you, your family and guests can enjoy
your magical event without worries. Dream Filled Weddings
will provide etiquette advisement, orchestrate setup of the ceremony
and reception locations, and provide itineraries and timelines, with much more.
